Operating License
Licenses for non-sanitary establishments are issued by the Zone Directorate under Article 101 of the OSB Implementation Regulation.
Participants wishing to obtain a license collect the license application form from our Directorate and complete the required documents. After the documents are reviewed, the establishment is inspected. If the information is accurate and complete and the facility is found suitable in terms of environmental and public health, the Board issues an "Opening Report"; once the report is approved by the Zone Directorate, the Opening License is issued.
